Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is 4 weeks from date of order. Your purchase will be shipped to your PayPal address or the address you leave at checkout so please be sure your address is correct before checking out.

If you’d like to pick up your order once it’s completed at our Christiana, TN studio, please note PICK UP at checkout and you’ll be notified once your order has been completed.

Refunds and Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the personalization/customization of the items we create, WE DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds on items. If we have made a mistake on your order, you must notify us within 3 DAYS of receipt and we can make arrangements for you to return the item and receive a replacement.
